Orientation

In the first place the orientation of the different functions is optimally attuned to the needs of the users of the building. From the viewpoint of comfort the share of daylight in offices is preferably high. At the same time there cannot be any hindrance from blinding by low sunlight. That is why the South, East and West are less suited for daylight entry. From the north, however, there is no direct sunlight, and so the strength of the light varies through the course of the day. Therefore the northern lights are very suitable for office buildings.
